I’m Jonhnny Weslley, a full-stack developer based in Teresina, Brazil.

I started in research (an MSc in distributed systems at UFCG) then spent 10 years at a fintech company, eventually leading the engineering team, retiring legacy systems and rebuilding how the team shipped. Now I’m at Railsware, building web products with Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, and React. Full details on my resume.

I contribute to open-source when I have something worth contributing. Most of my projects are on GitHub.

Outside of code: board games, travel, and lately building small experiments with code agents.
